Real estate disputes

Although we do not handle real estate closings (we did, for many years), we still handle real estate disputes.  In recent years we have represented clients on claims coming out of contracts to buy or sell real estate, boundary line disputes, right-of-way problems, real estate tax assessments, and legal issues arising out of subdivision agreements.  In most cases, everyone’s interests are best served with a mediated settlement, and we will always advise our clients to try to work things out.  But it takes two to come to an agreement, and if you can’t get an agreement, call us at 434-293-8185.
