Every year, Albemarle General District Court is flooded with alcohol-related offenses growing out of the Foxfield Races. If you have been arrested for underage possession of alcohol there is a diversion program that may be just fine for you, and you may not need a lawyer at all; for other charges, it would probably be useful to have counsel.
