Day 11 of the George Huguely trial was a complete mess. Rhonda Quagliana came back, but was still sick; she then got into trouble because she had sent e-mails to her expert witnesses telling them of the testimony from the prosecution witnesses — a no-no under trial procedure. The witnesses are not supposed to know what the other witnesses have said. So much of the defense evidence was thrown out. The case was argued to the jury, and at about 7 PM, the jury decided that they did not want to deliberate tonight. They went home, and will return Wednesday morning to deliberate....
